How to ask for a refund
- Write through the question form within 30 days of the day you bought the book, and say "Refund".
- Give the email address you used at checkout, so we can find your order. A Gumroad receipt number helps, but you don't need it.
- You don't have to give a reason, and you don't have to return or delete anything.
What happens next
We refund the full price you paid through Gumroad, our checkout provider, to the card or account you paid with. We usually answer within two business days. Your bank may take several more business days to show it.
Gifts
If you bought the book as a gift, the refund goes to you, the buyer, not to the person who received it.
